Last Week in Hawaii...maybe

Sorry for the long lag in posts! It's been a fun couple of weeks exploring the island and meeting new friends. There's been the China Town Block Party, which was also a Harley Davidson bike show, a day drive around with the help of new friend Rebecca, late night karaoke with Mike and Larissa, beach days, boat bbq and late night dingy rides. Living it up, basically.

The chain plates should be arriving tomorrow, along with Mike's folks who will be stopping in town to help out. Our temporary slip at the Ala Wai Marina officially expires this Sunday. So, hopefully we can get most of the work done before then. If not, we can ask for ANOTHER extension (5 days turned into 30), or motor over to a calm anchorage and stay for free. If that's the case, I might not have internet for a bit but I'll try to send a post out before we go.
